Health Factor Program I:
Consult & Strategy
$795 / One Month Package
For those who simply want an expert Functional Health, individualized, root cause analysis of their current health status and a plan to set them on a path toward improved health without the long-term, comprehensive care of our “Health Factor Transformation” program, this is a one-month option:
- Pre appointment review of your 1) Functional Health Patient intake form, and 2) Health timeline
- 1.5 hour Initial Consultation with Dr. Besuden to gain full context on you, your health status and health goals
- Advanced Functional Health lab panel (additional cost which depends on the labs ordered), Brainspan (Functional Brain Health test), System Survey and 7 Day Food Log.
- 1.5 hour Strategy Session with Dr. Besuden to review your labs and create an individual Plan of Action, to include exercise and diet plans.
Health Factor Program II:
6 Month Engagement
$2100 / 6 Month Package
or $249 per month plus a $750 initial consult fee.
This package is a full engagement for 6 months to comprehensively address where you are currently and where you want to get with your overall health and wellness. It includes the following:
- Everything from THF Program I, plus
- Monthly Appointments with Dr. Besuden to monitor and revise your plan throughout the six-month program to ensure you are progressing toward your goals and keep you accountable
- Phone or Zoom appointments– For your convenience, you may choose to have your appointment via phone or Zoom. (We would encourage your first appointment to be in person)
- 20% Discount on trustworthy, professional, whole-food grade supplements
- InBody 570 body analysis (measures body fat, visceral fat, BMI, muscle mass and weight)- Only for in office visits
Health Factor Program III:
12 Month Engagement
$3600 / Annual Package
or $249 per month plus a $750 initial consult fee.
This is full engagement for 12-months to comprehensively address where you are currently and where you want to get with your overall health and wellness. It includes the following:
- Everything from THF Programs I and II, plus
- Mobile Access– Monday through Thursday during normal business hours, you have mobile access to Dr. Besuden via email for your quick questions, contact with our Health Factor Team, and scheduling needs.
- Strategic schedule of consistent appointments with Dr. Besuden to monitor and revise your plan throughout the 12-month program to ensure you are progressing toward your goals and keep you accountable.
Additional Notes:
- YOU ARE THE BOSS! We work FOR you. You establish your health goals. We are her to help you achieve them. Overall results and timeline are heavily influenced by your depth of issues and your level of engagement. Of course, nobody is a perfect patient, (just as there are no perfect doctors!), but your level of compliance to your own personalized, prescriptive plan (that we help you design) weighs heavily on your outcome. But know, we are with you and here to support, encourage, provide accountability, and inspire you!
- OUT OF STATE: If you are out of state, you have the option of coming to the office for your first appointment or any/all of your subsequent appointments. However, any/all appointments may be by phone/Zoom consultation.
- LAB PANEL: The advanced lab panel is additional and due to high deductibles with insurance, we provide a cash pay option through LabCorp. That will bring the typical initial panel cost to $200-$850, depending on what Dr. Besuden feels you need.
- PRIMARY CARE: We do not provide primary care. We strongly advise our patients to remain in relationship with their primary care provider.
- GRADUATING: The point is to help you reach your goals. Patients who complete 12 months of care may be eligible for an “Alumni Plan” with less engagement and less cost.
